Whether you’re planning a family getaway or a sunny retreat, this beautifully designed home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. ☛ The bunk bed has both queen mattresses. ☛ Cancellations 30 days before arrival is eligible to 96% refund \*Payment processor retains the 4% transaction fees and does not include them when a refund is issued. ☛ Cancellations 14 days before arrival is eligible to 50% refund ☛ MINIMUM AGE IS 24 ☛ After booking, you\`ll need to fill up a short online check in form for security purposes. ☛ Bringing undisclosed pet will incur a $300 fee, on top of any additional cleaning and/or damage fees incurred ☛ Guest will be charged an additional fee of $100 for failing to take out the trash. ☛ Trash Collection Days: Tuesday & Friday mornings. \* If pickup happens during your reservation, please return the bins back up to the house.
