Whether you’re planning a family getaway or a sunny retreat, this beautifully designed home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. ☛ The bunk bed has both queen mattresses. ☛ Cancellations 30 days before arrival is eligible to 96% refund \*Payment processor retains the 4% transaction fees and does not include them when a refund is issued. ☛ Cancellations 14 days before arrival is eligible to 50% refund MINIMUM AGE IS 24 After booking, you\`ll need to fill up a short online check in form for security purposes. Guest will be charged an additional fee of $100 for failing to take out the trash. \* Trash Collection Days: Tuesday & Friday mornings. \* If pickup happens during your reservation, please return the bins to the house after collection. Leaving them out could result in a fine from Public Works that you\`ll need to cover, along with any associated charges. Pool Cleaning occurs every Friday.
