Cool place - great location Sebastian the manager very attentive - the over broke and he sent some one in right away to fix… Place is redone and very nice… Close to lots of cool stuff - you will like it!!

#### Nice, but just ok.

Nice location, but “luxury” is an overstatement. Pool pump was burned out and ladder was broken, so it wasn’t accessible to use. Chaise lounges were rusted and damaged, so unable to use. The photos were pretty, but some of the furniture was damaged and unsafe (loose legs and fragile seating). We took photos to document everything and notified the owner, but only received half-hearted apologies. He sent a pool guy and electrician, but they mentioned that they were surprised the issues hadn’t been resolved before our stay. Very underwhelmed by the extra bedrooms and bathroom for the price. They were set up more for children than additional adults. No garage or secure place to hang wet bathing suits or dive gear. Good location for our purposes, but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Good location. Adorable little house. Comfortable beds. Decorated wonderfully and the hosts were on top of it. We were just in and out because we were getting ready for a cruise, but it was wonderful.

The home was very inviting and beautifully decorated . It looked just like the photos! The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean . We had a short stay but will definitely be back .

#### Pleasant home but laissez faire management...

Overall comfort was nice; however that is here it stopped. The previous guests attracted ants in the kitchen and bar area. Had to leave minimal food in the refrigerator and ended up not cooking or storing food there. Notified the owner to a "Sorry, guess I should have an exterminator come by." Next the pool was infested with insect life and hundreds of tadpoles, we paid a premium to have a pool and it took 2 trips by the pool person and 3 days to get the pond a pool and usable. Again the response was a lackluster "Thanks for your patience." There were a few items in need of repair however those could be looked over if these two items were addressed within any reasonable amount of time. Ultimately - I cannot recommend and would not stay again. Paid more for something we received far less. Would NOT stay again. Nothing positive from the experience.

#### Very impressed

We truly enjoyed our stay. We normally only book places with lots of reviews, but we took a chance on this place based on the pictures. We were not disappointed with this stay. The house is absolutely beautiful and everything is pretty new. Sebastian was very responsive and even brought some beach chairs over when we requested them. I’ve stayed in other vacation rentals and I must say, everything in this home felt very luxurious all the way down to the pillows. We would definitely stay there if we were ever in the area again.
