Music or amplified sound should not be audible beyond the front gate. SECURITY • Security cameras monitor the outdoor perimeter and driveways. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and will result in a $500 fine if violated. BBQ GAS GRILL / KITCHEN OVEN • Our property offers a gas grill for your enjoyment, perfect for outdoor cooking. Please note that guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after each use and before check-out. If the grill is not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, a cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from the deposit. The same policy applies to the kitchen oven. The house is well stocked with towels, kitchen necessities, and has large spaces for relaxing or entertaining. Host was very communicative as well. ##### Katie B. It was comfortable and very exciting. There was a spacious pool, hot tub and large area so everyone could enjoy each other. We had a blast! If ever a large party is needed THIS is the place to go!!!
