1200 Sqft open plan unit with 1 bed 2 bath roomate plan layout overlooking the downtown city area facing the ocean. Quickly access the heated rooftop pool with jucuzzi, gym, lounge, cafe and incredible sunset and clear lake views! Condo uniquely has only one neighbor with quick access to 5th floor parking lot for easy coming and going. Room is private (lockable) with ensuite bathroom with shower+bath combo. TV's included in bedroom and living area with fine RH dining table.
