Inside, you’ll find a queen bed, en-suite bathroom with royal blue vanity and step-in shower, dresser, hanging rack, smart TV, and a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and in-unit washer/dryer add extra convenience. PARKING Private driveway parking for up to four vehicles. LAUNDRY CLOSET & SUPPLIES Laundry is located in the guest house and includes a stacked washer and dryer with all detergents provided. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, basic soaps, shampoo, conditioner, broom, and a stick vacuum for both the main house and the guest house. Things to Note: Must be 25 or older to book. Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement. NO SMOKING in the house. The house is NOT pet-friendly. Guests will be fined if there is a pet. We do have a pool fence that we can put up upon prior request for the pool. Please note there is no alarm on the doors, and there have been no other child-proof provisions made at the home. Myself, 3 daughters and a friend (who all flew down) were able to meet my husband (who drove a vanload of her dorm items) and enjoy several days of exploring West Palm, last minute shopping and moving her in. My 10yo had plenty of pool time and we had everything we needed for cooking, games, laundry and family time. My older teens were able to jog to the beach for sunrise runs. The pool was awesome (just turn up the heater) very clean and decent neighborhood. Got a Uber downtown every night. Would highly recommend this property.. ##### Daniel S.
