We needed 3 criteria: close proximity to the convention center, a swimming pool, & pets allowed (tremendously appreciated). We slept on the king-sized bed, which was very comfortable (but that’s subjective). Everything in the house was in great working order and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, utensils, pans, etc. The A/C, front-load washer/dryer, and the outdoor grill worked really well. The water in the swimming pool was at a perfect temperature. Other details include: a rain shower head in the hall bath, electric stove, tankless water heater, smart TV with streaming apps, artificial turf around the pool, coffee maker similar to a Keurig (don’t recall the brand). We walked our dog around the neighborhood…saw multiple people doing the same. Communication with management was great. Instructions for checking in and out were very clear.
