The unit is clean, attractively furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. In addition to Direct TV it has Netflix and Prime Video. The building is conveniently located in the heart of WPB and is just moments away from Palm Beach Island. It has a large and well equipped fitness center and an enormous pool area. Best of all is the owner. He is immediately responsive and any issues are handled right away. He employs a handyman right in the building who is available at a moments notice. Walking distance from newly designed Rosemary Square, which is full of shops and restaurants. The infinity pool in the building is lovely and doesn't get overly crowded. The unit is impeccably decorated with a modern flair. The rental comes with the use of parking space located on the same floor, which is very convenient.
