Great location! The house is located in middle of everywhere, near everything you need. 5 mins from the airport, 5 mins to the outlets and Wholefood. Many restaurants are nearby, less than 10 mins to the beach. The house also has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

#### Beautiful

Clean, beautiful house. Well decorated. Great location right near a large shopping plaza. Master bed was very comfortable. Master bath was great too. Blinds in bedroom were ripped/broken, those need to be replaced. Also, the fourth bedroom with pullout sofa is really just an extra open living room directly connected to the kitchen, fyi. I would recommend turning the office into a bedroom for added privacy for guests to sleep in. Only stayed for one night but enjoyed it, thank you!

The pics represent the property. It’s very comfortable and nice. The homeowner is very responsive. Location- it’s is located so close to convention center and Kravitz. The neighborhood appeared a little scary, however it was quiet and no issues. I would stay there again to attend a function, but I would not consider staying there alone. We booked bc it said 4 bedrooms and we had 4 girls. Turns out there are 3 rooms set up as bedrooms and another one without a bed. I would put a bed in there. It’s waste if a room now.

#### Underdelivered , expected more

The house was fine , pictures made it look better than in reality , furniture especially beds well used , mattresses could have been better. Agree with another comment made previously that the towels are very off putting , very old , odd colours. Front door is problematic to begin with as there appears to be knack of getting in using the code. Back garden is not good enough to sit in , needs attention , furniture dirty. Also states sleeps 8 and has 4 bedrooms but there was only 3 with beds to sleep 6 !!

#### Very spacious and good location.

The house itself is very spacious and nicely decorated. I found that the bath towels were old, small and dingy. There is not enough glassware and the backyard furniture need some good cleaning, wr had to clean bother the table and chairs. Overall it was nice and wr had a very nice weekend. Towels were the ine thing that definitely needs to be upgraded.

This home is very nice and cozy. The neighborhood was very quiet. This was surprising considering the closeness of the homes. Zero disturbances. The host was very accommodating. I would rent this home again.

#### Just...Wow!!

My two sisters, my 81 year-old-mom, and I stayed at this property in April, 2022\. The pictures don't lie -- the house is exquisitely decorated and extremely clean. The kitchen was well equipped, and the layout of the house itself allowed for privacy, as well as multiple places to gather. Sebastian was delightful to work with, and he was prompt in responding to questions. The house is conveniently located and close to the Outlets, the Kravis (Performing Arts) Center, and an easy drive to the beach. (We chose to go to Jupiter.) I hope my mom remembers this trip with her girls forever. It was simply perfect.

#### Easter Vacay

A group of friends and I rented this property over Easter weekend. The property was in a good neighborhood and was spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable to sleep on and the property came with almost everything you needed. Backyard had a nice seating patio area.The owner was very responsive. This will be our go to spot for future vacations in the area.

This was a beautiful property that was obviously renovated. Great care was taken with the design and it was a great flow and fit for a small group of friends. The host was very responsive to questions and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Kudos to a job well done!

Just a truly smooth professional experience. The house is beautiful and very conveniently located. Sebastian is incredibly responsive and caring, small issues like needing new batteries in remotes were addressed immediately. It was truly a magical stay!
