Privacy, unbeatable location, crisp beauty, spaciousness, and peace makes this place very special. This newly remodeled West Palm Beach home just two blocks away from the Intercoastal. Whatever your passion, be it splashing in the waves at Palm Beach, making a home cooked meal with friends, or shopping at the finest boutiques, we have it all, within minutes. The space This is a single level house. With an open floor plan, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bath. Avocado Oasis is perfect for a romantic getaway, small friends and family gatherings or a work from home vacation. The house comfortably sleeps 6 in beds, and can host up to 8 guests maximum. We are south of downtown West Palm Beach in"SoSo' neighborhood. Just a few minute Uber drive away from City Place, Downtown West Pal Beach, Worth Avenue, Palm Beach Island, and beautiful Lake Worth beach area. As soon as you step inside this delightful home you will be greeted with lots of natural light, all modern amenities, including fast WIFI, sectional consoles to pair you Bluetooth device, play music, and charge your phone. The living area has comfortable furniture, a Smart 65” TV to connect all your streaming services to watch your favorites. You will find herself never wanting to leave this cozy room! The kitchen is fully stocked, futures quartz countertops, cabinets.
