The home features A/C, a fully furnished modern kitchen, washer and dryer and a large, a spacious garden area with outside dining and lounge chairs and sunfilled bathroom with a clawfoot tub and a large walk-in shower with 2 shower heads. The master suite has a king bed and a separate walk-in closet with a dresser (can also be used as a baby room). This house can sleep up to 4 people. Casa las Flores is located on one of the quietest streets in the Grandview Heights Historic District, 10 minutes walking distance to the West Palm Beach Arts & Entertainment District with restaurants, shops, bars, street cafes, boutiques, museums, theaters and more. The Norton Museum of Art and Grandview Public Market are also within 5 minutes walking distance. Good to Know Before You Book: Pet Policy: This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. The house is well thought out with instructions to light switches to keep everything simple to use. The back patio was great! I was shocked there was a kangan water device to use for drinking water. House is situated on a quiet street and we were to city place or the beach in under 10 minutes in the car. ##### margot h.
