Master bedroom with two full beds and a LED tv (accommodates 4 guests). 2nd bedroom with queen bed (accommodates 2 guests). There is a futon (full size) in the the living room for 1 extra guests. Twin size air mattress within request for 1 more guest. There is a medium kitchen with all the appliances included (stove, coffee maker, blender, microwave) Washer and dryer included in the house. There is a table & chairs on the carport, however the chairs are in poor shape as the fabric has seen better days & I didn't attempt to sit on them. The house was cute, clean and perfect for our short stay. Monica even had coffee, wine and bottled water waiting for us.
