This modern 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is a perfect blend of location and comfort offering 110 feet of private Lake Michigan frontage, private beach and amazing panoramic views. Spanning three levels, this spacious home is designed for relaxation and entertainment. The main level features an open-concept living space with soaring ceilings, a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, spacious dining area and family room with endless windows showcasing the sparkling blue waters of Lake Michigan. Step outside onto the expansive deck, perfect for sunset dinners or morning coffee with the sound of the waves. A private sun deck connects to stairs leading to a private, sandy beach. A main floor primary ensuite bedroom features a king bed and spacious bath with soaking tub and walk in shower. An additional half bath and laundry room complete this floor. The upper level provides not only additional guest rooms but a family room with ample comfortable seating, lake views and a flat screen tv, perfect for winding down at the end of a busy day. You will also find a guest room with a queen bed and lake views, a guest room with two twin beds and a twin trundle. These bedrooms share a full bath. There is an additional spacious bedroom with a king bed, twin bed and ensuite full bath and lake views. The lower level features a bonus theatre room and bar with kitchenette - plan a special movie night complete with snacks and your favorite beverages. An additional bedroom on this level features a king bed. There is also a full bath with a tiled walk-in shower. With multiple gathering spaces, high-end finishes, and luxurious details throughout, this home seamlessly blends elegance with the natural beauty of the shoreline. Located just minutes from Downtown Grand Haven you will enjoy exploring the wide variety of dining, shopping and entertainment options. Everything you need for a beach stay is provided- chairs, towels, life vests, beach toys and floats a flight of stairs down to what felt like a private beach.The interior has plenty of upgraded bath towels, soap, cleaning products, etc. there are 2 refrigerators, a theater room and a great kids ‘ chill’room with tv upstairs. We brought a local chef in to prepare meals for the week and hired Whitney Leigh to take family photos (they were great).
