This home sits up on a hill and has the most amazing views of Lake Michigan. With modern amenities and spacious floorplan this house is a true one of a kind! The home features a working tram to get you up to the property and there are stairs to get you down to the beach! Historic, affordable, and amusing, the trolley is continually traveling throughout the waterfront and downtown areas dropping you off at any desired location. At the end of the day, grab a blanket to sit on and head to the Waterfront Stadium where the whole family can enjoy the Musical Fountain. This synchronized lights, water, and music show have coined the title "World's Largest." This free show plays nightly at dusk throughout the summer. Lucky for you, all of this is just minutes away and waiting for you to revel in. Holland is located on the shores of Lake Michigan and Lake Macatawa. A disappointment was that the tram from the garage to the house was not working when we checked in. There are a total of 174 stair steps from the house to the beach and the stairs from the garage to the house do not have a hand rail. The grill also was out of commission - disappointing because that is one of the features we especially look for when selecting a property. Gorgeous views of Lake Michigan! The management company was responsive and helpful with all of our questions - the group before us had left the Murphy beds broken and the dryers weren’t working well. They sent someone to fix the beds and he also oiled squeaky doors and changed light bulbs on our first day. The beach was beautiful and came with a lot of wonderful beach amenities not listed and there is a ping pong table and bikes in the garage. All the beds were super comfortable as well! The kitchen was well stocked for a large group and there was comfy seating in the living room. The 70+ stairs to the beach were doable but you have to be pretty healthy. My in-laws took it very slow. The tram to the house worked well once we figured out how to open the garage. I suggested a label for that button. Overall an amazing stay. We were all super thankful. ##### Megan J. Everything we needed was available in the beautiful, clean house. We had an issue with the tram working but they came and fixed right away. There is a shelf of shallow water that extends 30-40 feet from the shore, which makes it perfect for little kids. The interior of the home has extremely high build quality with wood molding over doors, a solid deck, and hardwood floors. There are not steps leading from the road to the house, which is about 75 feet higher than the road. Instead, you take a tram from the garage to the house above It's a great destination for all ages. ##### Peter P.
