"First the good: clean as a whistle. Great location. A good setup for our group.
Cons: inadequate kitchen linens. Two bar rags for each kitchen. No dish towels. No dish pan. The mattresses were waaay past their prime and insufficient bed linens. We should have figured it out ahead of time but there’s no ac so bring fans . The weather was perfect so it wasn’t a real problem for us but if it was hot it would’ve been awful."
"Wonderful cottage with a large deck looking out on Lake Michigan, Huge beach and lovely tree-filled setting. Nicely remodeled and adequate for 2-3 people. Nice kitchen with great dishes, glassware, silverware, spices and cookware - also appliances and a little wine fridge. Suggestion: time to replace large sectional."
"Decent size group of 16 guys checking out the area for golf. Great location as it’s only 15 mins from American Dunes in grand Haven. House is spacious. Could have fit more guys. But felt like we had ample space that we weren’t on top of each other. Nice patio/deck with grill that allowed us to just hang outside, cook and enjoy spending time with each other. House is modern and clean with everything else you can ask for entertainment for a group."
"Property was very well maintained and spacious. We enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit, fishing, and the kiddos enjoyed the kids room and living area for movie night!"
"We rented for a couple months over the winter while our house was remodeled. Maggy was great to work with! She’s a great communicator and quick to respond to respond to any questions. The house was perfect for our family of 4. It had all the basics of everything we needed.
Best part is the stairs to an amazing view of Lake Michigan. It was a great workout with a beautiful reward at the end. Perfect location between holland and grand haven."
"My boyfriend and I LOVED this property! It’s gorgeous, spacious, and private. I found the hanging tent incredibly comfortable! Bathroom was clean and actually smelled very nice!
Owner was kind enough to share a list of local attractions! We loved exploring the area and especially enjoyed Rosy Mound. If you want to go pack light and prepare for a long hike with steps! Totally worth it for the amazing view and less crowded beach!
10/10 would recommend this spot for a nice private camping trip"

"The hotel room was much cleaner than the highly magazine rated and reviewed hotel from an independent brand that I stayed at a few weeks before in Tennessee.
Breakfast was your typical continental buffet, nothing amazing, I'd go to a local bakery personally, but for the price, this was an excellent layover for one night.
Staff was all friendly and personable, location was a bit hard to find."

"It was the most affordable in that area but that staff show their dedication in service to this location. I've worked in multiple hotels so from a hotel worker stand point, the room was well maintained and again the dedication from the staff was superb. "
