"This was our second time staying here. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you would need for the beach as well as a well stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee, spices and oils. The views are amazing. We spent many nights star gazing and the days in awe of the mountains and ocean views. Wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay."

"Great property for 4 people, the house is well equipped with all of the comforts of home. Very clean and comfortable with 2 good sized bedrooms, plus a separate little room with a pull out sofa. One of the bathrooms had a huge shower with dual shower heads and a washer and dryer. I would recommend highly recommend this property. If you do book this property, follow up with the management company to confirm your reservation, I got to the property and the office is closed, so we Googled the phone...

"We came as a family of 10. 2 grandparents, 4 parents, 4 teens. This house fit us very well. It is as described in the listing, but so much more. Generous supplies (bathroom, kitchen, pantry, laundry, linens, bbq, including bath/beach towels), games, books, boogie boards, beach chairs galore, comfortable furniture, very clean, working order of all utilities. Our property manager Brinton was promptly and kindly accessible for questions (answered immediately), excellent recommendations and reponses...

"We love, Napili Bay, and the location of this property is amazing - All we had to do is walk across the street to the beach!! Lots of beach toys available in the garage, including beach chairs. Garage held both of our cars nicely and was very safe. Every room and kitchen was well appointed, clean, and very comfortable - there was even a light in the closet, which would’ve been the only thing I would’ve suggested, but don’t have to. Communication has been so easy and timely!"

"The house and location were perfect for our family of 10. The neighborhood was quiet and a very short drive or 10 min walk to the beach. There was ample public parking next to the beach which was excellent for snorkelling. The pool was ideal for our 4 grandchildren and the house was beautiful and exactly as shown in the VRBO web site. Daniel was an excellent host and very responsive. We shall definitely return there"

"This house was the perfect spot for our Maui Family Vacation. There were 11 of us (6 adults and 5 kids ages 6 years to 12 years) celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The kids loved the pool and the fenced yard provided a private oasis for sitting outside on the lanai. To accommodate all the kids one grandchild slept on a mattress on the floor in the bunk room, but they loved being all together on one room. Napili beach was just a three-minute walk from the house and great for sitting on...

"The unit was clean, stocked with beach chairs and beach towels, the kitchen had alot of spices and extra items for cooking. The owner was responsive to a couple concerns we had, everything was delightful. We love Papakea and will be back."

Wish we could live together there forever! There is no way we could have been soo comfortable renting separate condos. Game room and weight rooms were used by all and appreciated."

"The location was great for getting to the beach and was very walkable to many great places. Not a lot of shopping within walking distance, but very quick to drive to. Some of the neighbors did not seem very happy we were there, but overall it was a really great place to stay and we hope to be back!"

"If you seek a large home that can accommodate large groups, if you seek close proximity to the most amazing beach - this is the home for you! It feels like Napili Bay is in your front yard! Napili Bay has long been our favorite beach on all of Maui, and now we finally have a home next to it, that we can return and rent each year. We had small kids, teens and adults and the home and management just couldn’t be better. 5 stars all the way around."

"We had a wonderful time, very hard to leave. The condo was nice and clean and in a good location. Would be nice to have barbecue tools/metal pan and a few spices and perhaps some foil or plastic wrap. Would definitely stay again!"

"Great location for our family. You could walk across the street to Napili bay or take 7 minute walk to Kapalua bay. We had 6 adults and everyone was very comfortable. The vrbo was very well equipped for a beach day with beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Everything was clean and has great space for our family vacation."

"My family was super excited about the place and location of the Condo but when we arrived at the property the dishwasher and ice machine in the fridge did not work and when we contacted Vacasa they said it was an owner issue. The plates and mugs and silverware were not clean from the outset so we hand washed every item before using it. We then hand washed after every meal. ( There were 6 of us so a ridiculous amount of vacation time was spent at the sink!) The condo is in an amazing location but...

"For the price, the property is definitely worth staying at. It’s a good value. Location is really nice near plenty of walkable restaurants and food park. Pool areas were nice and not overly crowded. Staff was great. Food at restaurant on property is just mediocre."

"We went to the Honua Kai with our 3-year-old daughter as a recommendation from a friend who had gone earlier in the year with their one-year-old. We went for the ability to have washer-dryer, kitchenette, pools that were family-friendly, and an on-site store and restaurant. It lived up to our requirements with regards to everything. I also used the gym which was adequate for what I used it for (primarily treadmill running - when I didn't run on the beach, that is). Would recommend!"
