In ground floor the living area is open to the dining and to the fully equipped kitchen. In this floor WC is available. Situated on a 4000 m2 secluded plot enjoying a private swimming pool overlooking Messinian Gulf offers privacy and panoramic sea views with spectacular sunsets. If you are looking for a holiday villa equipped with all the modern amenities, private swimming pool (2.5m x 5.5m), privacy, amazing sea views and unique sunsets, situated in a quiet neighborhood away from it all but so close at the facilities of the main resort of Stoupa, then consider villa Phoebe. Villa Phoebe is one of the three detached villas of the complex Rathimata villas situated on a 4000 sqm plot. The stone built villa is only 4 minutes drive away from the sandy beaches Stoupa and Kalogria and 50 km from Kalamata KLX Airport. Along the coastline other secluded beaches are easily accessible by car. Is the perfect base to explore Mani and the archaeological sites of the Peloponnese like : Old Kardamili 10 km (10 minutes drive) - Ancient Messini 76 km (1 hour and 20 minutes drive) - Mystras Byzantine Town 98 km (1 hour and 35 minutes drive) - Ancient Olympia 160 km (2 hours and 30 minutes drive). VILLA PHOEBE LAYOUT : The accommodation at ground level consists of open plan living area with comfortable sofas, fireplace, dining, full kitchen, WC and storage room with washing machine. Two patio doors leading to a very spacious fully furnished veranda enable you to dine outside. The views from the veranda, as well from the inside of the villa are amazing. From the veranda you can reach the paved pool area, the stone built BBQ and the beautiful gardens. Shaded small veranda by the entrance. The Private Pool (2.5m x 5.5m) with large pool steps is equipped with sun loungers, sun umbrellas, outside shower and has professional maintenance. An internal staircase leads on the upper level of the villa where you will find one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with twin beds and full bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have amazing sea view and access to the upper balcony. The secluded area of the villa has local flowers and trees. Villa Phoebe located on a very big plot of 4000 sqm on a hilltop overlooking the village of Stoupa the olive groves and the Messinian bay. The villa is detached and secluded. Downstairs toilet, washing machine, iron and board a bonus. Very minor points: WiFi transmitter away from property, so signal very good on patio, slow inside, shower typical European so had to be held with one hand (but improvisation possible with 2 plastic coat hangers). The villa Phoebe was exactly like the photos, but with a bonus of a beautiful view wherever you looked. There are plenty of places to eat in the surrounding areas, but if you choose to stay in and cook, the kitchen was very well equipped just like a home from home. It is situated in a very peaceful area and the outside areas and pool mean that you don't have to go anywhere and be completely lazy! Overall, we would recommend this property and the beautiful areas surrounding it, to anyone that enjoys a peaceful, relaxing holiday. We will definitely be returning next year. The lovely house was everything we expected; thoughtfully designed, well equipped and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed being there so much that we didn't venture out as much as we'd planned and dined on the terrace most evenings while enjoying the stunning views and glorious sunsets. The nearest supermarket (2km) has everything you need and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in Stoupa and nearby Nikolaos. Akis was a great host and helped us settle in quickly.
