This fully equipped maisonette in Palaiochora Avias offers extraordinary moments during your vacation. Located just a 3-minute walk from three stunning small bays, the décor is inspired by the simplicity of the Greek Islands. The property features a spacious living room with a sofa-bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two singles), a bright bathroom, and a WC.  
  
The open-plan kitchen/living room area is fully equipped and furnished, offering amenities such as wireless internet, air conditioning, fans, and open-space parking. Both bedrooms provide brand-new mattresses and ample storage with large drawers and wardrobes.

The property is located in Avia, an infamous area of Kalamata, with great coasts and vivid nightlife, which make the area one of the most magical places in Greece.

Close to the property you will be able to explore other famous cosmopolitan beaches such as Santova Beach (2km), Mikra Mantinia beach(2km), Almyros beach (3,5km), Kitries Beach (5km), Kalamata beach (10km).
