Upon arrival, the hot tub was extremely dirty. The host said someone would be sent to fix it, but after we reported that the heat was not working, along with several broken doors and a leak in the dishwasher, the host stopped responding altogether. None of the issues were resolved during our stay despite assurances that they would be addressed.
