Surrounded by world-renowned vineyards and wineries—including Quails’ Gate, The Hatch, and Frind Estate Winery—you’ll be sipping award-winning wines within minutes. We're also just a 4-minute drive from iconic wineries like Mission Hill, Mt. Boucherie, and Grizzli Winery, 10 minutes from downtown Kelowna, 30 minutes from the airport, and an hour from Big White Ski Resort. Our spacious two-bedroom suite, located on the lower level of the home, spans over 1,000 square feet and features a private entrance and ample parking. Inside, you'll enjoy a luxurious king bed and queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, ensuite laundry, and a generous bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bed linens and towels are commercially laundered and changed between bookings to ensure guest comfort and hygiene. Step outside to a fully fenced yard, complete with a BBQ—perfect for dining al fresco as the sun sets over the valley. We look forward to hosting you at Happy Valley Rentals! House rules. • No Smoking / No Drugs / No Parties Smoking, cannabis use, drug use, and partying are strictly prohibited inside the property.
