This space is perfect for a long weekend getaway or a long-term stay in the SLC area (it’s about 15 minutes from the SLC airport and 15-20 minutes outside of downtown SLC). It includes the full house (minus the basement apartment), parking in the 2-car garage, and the fully fenced backyard with YOUR OWN PRIVATE HOT TUB. It has self-check-in option for your privacy. The space is the upstairs three bedrooms with a large family room, large loft with game table and activities, and the kitchen is well-stocked with the necessities (dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots and pans, a blender, salt, pepper, and oil). Full sized washer and dryer is included. One bedroom has 1 king bed and a portable crib with an attached full bathroom. Another bedroom has a set of 3 single bunk bed and the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second full bathroom enters from the main hallway. The loft has two full-sized sofa beds. The loft/second living room, living room, and master bedroom all have brand new smart TVs so you can access your streaming accounts. Children's toys, games, puzzles, and books are provided in the loft closet to help keep those little hands and minds entertained :) You will have full access to the fully fenced, grassy back yard with your own private hot tub on the deck. Guest access: As for parking, please only park in the 2-car garage or in front of the garage. Allow room for the basement renters to access the west driveway. The house is located at the beginning of a narrow cult de sac and doesn't allow for good street parking. Please only park in the driveway or in the garage. You will be contacted to move any vehicles that are parked on the street. Other things to note: This bright and Cozy home is located in perfect spot of West Jordan. It is in walking distance to the grocery store, fast food, dinning & (Trax) the light rail public transit. Easy access to the major freeways and highways is also a plus. It is only 24 minutes to the base of the canyons for skiing at Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, & Solitude. Also, the basement apartment is a separate rental, and they will be parking on the west side of the house. Please note that even with the space being exclusively yours you may at times hear basement noise. There was so much room for my family to be comfortable and they also had games and toys for kids. It’s also located in a nice neighborhood. Grocery stores were nearby as well places to eat. We ran out of a couple supplies and she brought some over. Lots of road noise during the day but at night it dies right down. The hot tub was a nice treat to come back to. House was clean and well equipped. Heather was a great communicator and a pleasure to rent from - she went out of her way to bring in a package for us. There is a renter in the basement, but they were never seen or heard (there is a notice during the booking process). We would definitely stay here again. ##### Alex E. Property as advertised. Was a bit of a drive to ski resorts, but we did all 6 on Ikon so would have been driving anyway. Very clean and comfortable. Garage was nice to have to keep car out of the snow we had while there. Would stay again. Grocery right up the road. Everything needed was close by. ##### Jerry H. Stayed at Heathers place for 5 days and really enjoyed it. Heather runs a tight ship so the house was tidy, had tons of clean towels, plenty of gathering space, TVs and Internet worked well, yard was amazing & beautiful, and the hot tub was just a BONUS. Location was perfect for our trip, close to the medical center, close to gyms, and close to shopping. Daybreak was a short drive away and a gorgeous place to take a walk or grab a bite to eat. There is some noise from consistent stream of public transit across street (from backyard), but it didnt bother us at all, became grey noise.
