"Hello. This hotel is supposed to be 4 Star. Hotels.com sells it as such. Not true. For European travellers, this is a 2 to 3 star hotel. For goodness sake, it was even impossible to close the bathroom door! Other “4 Star” hotels during our stay in Ireland were “OK” but this was a huge disappointment. Do not believe the photos, it’s depressing especially at this price point."

Bathroom wasn't properly cleaned (pube on sink), room was cold all night even when heater turned on full, bathroom was freezing as no heater inside - in THE place where you're mostly naked all the time - shower head and water pressure is bad.
