It is easy to refill the cooler or to grab the forgotten sunblock. We also love that Grey Neck Road is adjacent to the beautiful Shore Road – it makes for a great daily walk! The backyard! The large fenced-in yard is ideal for the kids and dogs to roam safely and works perfectly for a friendly game of whiffle ball. The home offers everything you could want in a beach house: a large deck for relaxing and outdoor dining, an large enclosed outdoor shower, and a beautiful fully fenced in landscaped back yard with a swing set for your family fun. As you enter through the front door to find the living and dining area. The living room has comfy seating and flat screen TV. There is WIFI throughout the home. The dining area has a table that opens out and has seating for 8-10 people and there is a door that leads out to the deck which offers outdoor dining, gas fire-pit and a gas grill, perfect to barbeque your favorite meals while the kids run around a play in the large back yard with lots of lawn toys! Having the yard fully fenced is nice too if you have brought Fido along with you, the kids are safe to throw a ball, play on the swing set, or grab flash lights for flashlight tag in the evening. Head back inside just past the dining area to find Bedroom #1 (Master) with a Queen bed, Flat Screen TV and en suite full bathroom #1 with a shower. This bathroom also has the stackable washer/dryer for your use. Everything is on one floor for your convenience! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meal with all appliances (both Keurig and Regular Coffee pots) including a dishwasher and a small island for making up your lunches before you head out to the beach. On the other side of the living room is a hallway with the 2 other bedrooms and Full bathroom. Bathroom #2 recently updated in coastal design has a tub/shower combo. Bedroom #2 has a set of twin bunks and a Queen bed- with TV. Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed, TV and large closet. Outside is a landscaped fenced in back yard, spacious deck, large outdoor shower, and shed. There is a dining set, gas BBQ, swing set, and yard games for family fun. The best thing we liked about the property is the backyard and deck. Our kid enjoyed the backyard a lot. The kitchen was well equipped, though some more cleanliness of utensils is desirable. Very well stocked kitchen. Memory foam beds very comfortable. Owners go above and beyond with extra touches and things they provide. Beautiful yard and deck. Everything was perfect , beautifully decorated large living room, comfortable beds, great deck and backyard and so close to the beach. There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t available to us! The house and yard were both perfect for my 3 1/2 and almost 2 year old grandsons. All they wanted to do was play outside- barefoot!!! I was skeptical of the size based on square footage and that we'd have 6 adults and 2 children, but it was perfect. The bedrooms are all decent sized, and the main living room is great. The kitchen is on the smaller side and could use a little updating, but honestly who likes to cook on vacation. We used the grill mostly on the fantastic deck. The huge yard and swingset were perfect for our rambunctious 2.5 year old and gave us a nice reprieve from the beach. I wish we had known how well stocked the shed was with beach chairs and other beach stuff, games, and coolers so we could have saved some space in the cars. The house overall was pretty well stocked, could have used a few more coffee mugs, but had everything we needed. It is so close to the beach which was also great with an infant so I could run back and forth for whatever I forgot. It is close to downtown and a grocery store as well. The only disappointing thing was check-in/out times because we felt like we lost both Saturday's, and 9am checkout with kids is not an easy task. Amazing location! We love the house and can’t wait to go back! Amazing location and great layout for a multi-generation vacation.
