The short walk to Earle’s Beach was easy and the beach is a little jewel - never crowded, nice sand, beautiful water. This is an excellent location for a family, or a couple who want to have a relaxing stay on the Cape. Close enough to downtown to make easy trips, and not far from places like Chatham Light if you want to take a short drive. I wouldn’t stay there again, and certainly not for the price. The property management company was very difficult to communicate with prior to our stay. I had to shorten our stay, and it was impossible to obtain a clear and transparent breakdown of the overall cost of the booking, despite multiple requests via telephone, email, and chat. I still don’t have a clear understanding of the pricing of either the original booking or modified one, but after the last response I received from the company, and as a busy working mom, I simply couldn’t continue to spend time requesting the same information over and over again. ##### Megan M. We loved walking to the beach every day. The bonus room is also very nice. This rental also has a washer dryer which was wonderful. We had trouble checking in, there were lots of ants, and when we would set the air conditioning (to about 68) it would somehow constantly be changing back to 75 and we were there during a heat wave. The property was clean and they really had everything there for our week long stay. It was noticeably well organized. I had no communications with the property manager because everything was there, just as presented. There is a second residence on the property but I did not have any privacy issues. Cleannines could be better, there was spiderweb on skylights and family room. House was not ready at check in time, we had to wait in patio area while cleaning was getting done and when was done house smelled like bleach or chlorine. 2 queen Beds were to small. I would not call them queen beds. Would have been a good house if listed or 4 to 5 people sleep. Location was the best , few minutes walk to beach.
