"Lovely cottage but on a noisy road. Beautiful garden. Everything we needed including food essentials on arrival. Bonus to be able to park off road at the end of the garden. What puts us off staying again however was the bedding. Did not smell clean and fresh, pillows old, flat and stained, duvets the same. No smell of fresh laundry. We bought some pillows at Tesco on the first day as we didn't want to use those supplied."

"The room was lovely, very spacious with all the amenities you could need. Coffee machine and kettle with complimentary water and choice of hot drinks. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the cupboard Robes were an added bonus too. We arrived a bit early but the friendly and welcoming reception staff checked us in straight away. "Really enjoyed my stay at the Tower hotel and spa, the staff are super friendly and efficient and the food is delicious I had the roast lamb dinner both nights of my stay because it was so delicious, I didn’t sleep very well on my first night in the tower and mentioned this to a lovely lady who worked in the restaurant and in no time at all they moved me to another room, nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be returning. "
