Fabulous hotel. Perfect for us travelling to Germany, just off the highway. Wonderful staff, lovely evening meal and great sauna. Bed was so comfortable and room and bathroom very big. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Excellent hotel ,convenient for Bruges and only just off the highway. Really comfortable bed with large bathroom, having both a bath and a walk-in shower.

Wonderful experience overall, 5 stars thanks.
What a nice surprise this hotel was, from the check in to the check out nothing to complain about, all good things to say, lovely and comfortable room, very comfy bed and very spacious room overall. The staff is wonderful, special shoutout to Mr Olivier at the reception that was very kind to attend our request on the check in! Restaurant and Bar experience was also very good and I strongly recommend a visit to these ones even if you are local and do not intend to stay overnight in the hotel.

Everything was good, but beware the park and ride from 8 mins away does not include a 'ride' it is simply free parking with a bus stop into town over the road with buses that seem to go once and hour!

Nice Hotel, Not too far from Brugge. 7 miles ISH. Close to motorway, Nevertheless, well worth the stay. Gorgeous Room's,air-con. Nice bar and restaurant. Would stay their again!!

Family room was very comfortable for us!
Check in was great, the gentleman who checked us in was very friendly! The room was spacious and clean. It was an easy drive from there to Bruges so it was perfect for what we were looking for.

Biggest bathroom ever, smallest TV
Very good hotel for a stop off on the way to Amsterdam. The suite was very comfortable, the bathroom was enormous, and the restaurant food was good but not cheap. Dinner cost as much as the room. The TV was small and was not smart so we could not watch our Netflix. The end of the stay was slightly spoiled by noisy renovation work going on right outside our room at 8am. I fed this back to the reception but they didnt seem too bothered by it. We were leaving, they had our money by then.

We stayed two nights at this hotel. The room was lovely and clean. The breakfast was approximately 21€ so we didn’t have it. We had dined the evening before. Both of our meals were tasteless and very costly. When we made the comment to the waitress, she said ‘oh’ and brought us the bill. No one ever came to ask if we would like another drink , a piece of bread or anything, so I would say the dining staff didn’t do a great job!!

I love this hotel and stay here whenever in Belgium. Parking is easy and access from motorways good. The hotel itself seems to have been redecorated every time I go and is very chic. Breakfast has a choice of everything. Dinner is delicious - large portions (too much for me). Staff are very friendly and efficient. I really appreciate the tea and coffee making facilities in the room and water. My tiny niggle on this occasion was that there was chocolate squashed into the carpet by the window - I guess it would be difficult to remove though but maybe don't rent the room out until it is cleaned. Very tiny niggle though. I love this hotel.

Van der Valk Hotels are good Brand and all the hotels I have stayed in, generally deliver a good standard and value for money. This Hotel is great, as its situated right next to E40 and great to explore the surrounding area of Flanders.

Recovery after Disneyland
We stayed here as a one night layover on the way back to the UK from Disneyland. The family rooms are fantastic! Very clean, very large and have all small touches that enhance your stay. Bar and restaurant are great with a good selection of food and drinks. Location and proximity to Bruges was the icing on the cake. Would absolutely go back and highly recommend.

The hotel was situated close to Bruges. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The restaurant was okay but service was slow and food was fairly nice though not brilliant. Having said that, we would definitely stay there again and we had a very pleasant stay
