No towels… must rent them. No hand soap in bathroom or kitchen. Bed is not made must make it yourself. Dead bugs on floor. Hallway area was run down and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We paid extra for an ocean view room and did have a great view and overall felt relatively safe.

This is clearly indicated on the advertisement as being supplements to be paid.What you mention about the corridors is surprising given that smoking is not allowed in the flats and common areas. The apartment was amazing. It was perfectly located and the view was perfect. The hallways of the building were not very clean and the elevators were frustrating at times. BUT the apartment was perfect! Make sure to pack your own towels and shower soaps, luckily we did. We will definitely stay here again!

Disappointing
The property is well situated near the beach and infrastructure. Rooms are split all around modern looking appartement building with direct access to the beach promenade. The customer service was very professional and helpful. Major disappointment was with the cleanliness. the apartments are not cleaned by the staff but by the previous clients only - the dust and sand on the floor was almost unbearable. Arriving for 1 night and soending 2 hours with cleaning is not part of the ideal vacation. Bed sheets were only put next to the blanket and pillow, we needed to make our beds ourselves. There is no soap, towels for extra pay (7.5 € instead of 5 € as advertised). The building is only modern-looking, the corridors and lifts are very old and slow working (one lift was not working, therefore it usually took 10+ minutes waiting for the lift. Overall, this place might only be bearable for long stays. The price-value ratio is very low.

We are not a hotel, so actually soap, shower gel, etc ..... are not present. Unfortunately yes the elevator was broken, we did everything to repair it as quickly as possible, but unfortunately we are here dependent on an external service. The apartment was freshly renovated and everything was new. There was enough space to move around. This was an ocean view apartment so we paid a little more but worth it. The location is ideal, in the middle of everything.

The location was great, right on the beach. The room was big eniugh to fit almost 7 people. Whar I didn't like was the parking situation... We arrived late night and finding a place to park was very tough. Once we did we were pretty far from the building. The next mornong we moved the car closer...it wasn't too bad aftet that. The hallelway carpet looked very dirty, but the room wasn't too bad. It seemes likebthe room had been vacant for some time due to a handful if spiders we had to evict. The kitchen had everything you need to avoid eating out every day. We paid a little extra fir ocean view and it was worth every penny. Check-in process was different since there was no front desk, but it wasn't bad at all. All in all we had a good time... Maje sure you bring towels... Or you'll have to pay extra for them.

2 night stay end of May.
Really nice place, some still being done up though, workmen left materials lying near the lift. Room on 6th floor, city view and small balcony, construction work being carried out behind. Key from 3pm but try earlier. 10 am checkout was early. Lovely large bed but the waterproof mattress covers are squeaky when you turn in your sleep. Nice and quiet at night. 3 lifts out of 4 working but this was okay. Great kitchen facilities with coffee, tea making, electric hob and microwave / grill oven. And dishwasher! We didn't use anything, apart from kettle though as ate out. Spacious place but bathroom was very cramped! If you're large, you may have trouble squeezing through shower door and if you're bigger than 5'6, may bang your head on the huge hot water tank over the toilet! Sheets were supplied but seemed to be covered in tiny dog hairs, everyone here seems to have a small dog they parade around in a doggy pram! We had to strip bed and shake sheets out of window! Take towels as 5 euros cost per set. Train to Bruges is 10 min walk away and takes only 12 mins. Train leaves every hour and is ten to the hour so check times before leaving as we had a 50 min wait! Leave the car though, beer is lethal in Belgium! Ample free parking to 1st July, we went Whitsun bank holiday week. If you're driving, go over border to Holland, see Sluis! Bruges is fab, but Ghent is amazing! We were kid-less but there's loads here for them. Lots of cool seafront bars to watch the sunset, Reef was fab!

Not what we expected
There was no reception. A locked door for which a code should have been sent to us in advance, not received. Got soaking wet trying to gain entry. All communication had to be by phone. Beds were not made on arrival despite a fairly high charge for cleaning. No towels were provided, they had to be booked in advance, some were delivered after another phone call at an additional charge. No car parking as this had to be booked in advance, although no mention of this when booking, had to park about a mile away. This was not what we expected and did put a damper on our holiday.

Die Wohnung selbst war in einem guten Zustand und sauber. Lediglich waren gefühlt 100 Steckmücken schon vor mir eingezogen. Das Gebäude an sich wirkt ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Auch der Fahrstuhl und die Gänge könnten etwas mehr Liebe bekommen. Check in hat super geklappt alles. Meerblick war super. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es an der Promenade. Alles in allem Okey.

Der Pin für die Zimmer scheinen die gleichen zu sein, hatten zweimal ungebetene Gäste in unserem Zimmer. ... Nicht weiter zu empfehlen obwohl das Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet ist bis auf das Problem dass es keine Klimanlage gibt und man somit die Hitze kaum raus bringt.

Perfekt beliggenhed og altan med udsigt kan anbefales. God er fold-ud-sofaen den ringeste på markedet, og derfor kan det kun anbefales, at man holder sig fra disse, hvis man overnatter flere i lejligheden. Der er heller ikke aircondition, så der bliver ualmindelig varm, når man er 4 i en lejlighed.

Een prima verblijf aan de Noordzee gehad. We hadden een kamer met seaview, waarbij je over de zee uitkijkt. Het appartement was netjes en goed onderhouden. Goede keuken met alle gemakken, prima douche, bedden en woonkamer. Er zijn geen voorzieningen verder in het pand zelf. Er is geen receptie en toegang wordt verkregen middels een inlogcode die vooraf wordt verzonden. Dat werkt op zich prima, maar indien je hotelfaciliteiten verwacht dan is dit geen prima optie. Verder is de prijs zeker voor seaview aan de hoge kant in vergelijking met kamers die dat niet hebben. Bedden zijn prima. Er was ook een stapelbed aanwezig in het appartement dat wij hadden en deze voldeed ook prima. Overall zeker een aanrader als je met wat luxe aan de zee wilt vertoeven.

La vue est top!
Le logement est parfait, mais... : Pas de serviette. On vous facture 8euros la serviette... Pas de savon pour se laver. Ce n est pas stipulé sur le site. Pas de place de parking. J ai tourné 1h pour trouver une place. Les couloirs sont vétustes et bruyants. La chambre est bien, la vue est belle.

Das Zimmer war auf der Rückseite des Hotels im Keller. Es war sehr schwierig zu finden, man musste sich über eine Stunde durchfragen. Es war sehr kalt, da es quasi im Keller war. Der Bürgersteig ging direkt am Fenster vorbei. Die Leute konnten reinschauen...aber die Fenster waren soooo schmutzig, da hat man nicht ganz durchgesehen. Sehr laut war es auch, da die Leute direkt an der undichten Eingangstür die ganze Nacht vorbeigelaufen sind. Wenn jemand im Stock über einem auf Toilette ist konnte man alles und die anschließende Spülung hören. Die Unterkunft war sehr teuer und ihren Preis nicht wert. Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Vue magnifique sur la mer, appartement très propre mais circulations et ascenseur sales. Attention pas de parking proche ! Prévoir 8 à 16€ par jour. Le lieu est très bruyant, mieux vaut être le plus haut possible (nous étions au 10eme/12). Beaucoup de possibilités de manger sur place Pour visiter Bruges la magnifique c’est très bien, à 20 minutes.

Die Unterkunft ist gut mit Rollstuhl oder Rollator erreichbar da ebenerdig und die Küche sowie Bad sind auch darauf ausgerichtet. Das Bett ist gut ebenso die Sitzgelegenheiten zum essen. In dem kleinen Zimmer sollte die Couch und der Sessel ausgetauscht werden, die möchte man nicht benutzen. Leider ist das Waschbecken nicht im Bad sondern in dem kleinen Zimmer,man kann sich damit arrangieren würde eine Ablage da sein und etwas um Handtücher aufzuhängen. Schön wäre es auch würden 4-6 Tassen vorhanden sein anstatt nur zwei. Dennoch waren wir soweit zufrieden und würden das Zimmer wieder buchen . Vllt hat sich bis dahin was getan 😉

Die Einrichtung wie Küche und Bett waren nicht so toll. Es war nur ein kleiner Schrank vorhanden. Die Aussicht war sehr schön. Die Putzfrauen waren sehr hilfsbereit. Was fehlte war ein Mitarbeiter vor Ort.

Soweit war alles ok nur keine parkplätze mussten immer suchen und mussten dann irgendwo einen suchen.dann einen kilometer zum hotel laufen.das bett haben wir auch selber überzehen müssen nicht so wie letztes mal da war alles ok. Aber das wetter war super es gibt in der umgebung viel zu sehen man muss aber mit dem auto fahren dann bekommt man keinen parkplatz und muss ewig suchen und irgendwo parken. Dann ewig zum hotel laufen.aber die aussicht auf den strand und die see.

over het algemeen was alles in orde
We waren aangenaam verrast omdat wij een vernieuwd appartement kregen. Twee jaar geleden waren we hier ook al.Het was een hele verbetering. Er was wel geen groot dekbed en geen kussens aanwezig maar dat werd snel opgelost. Ge moogt misschien wel eens aan de poetsvrouw vragen om ook het terras prober te maken en te kijken of er nog afwas in de machine staat. Voor de rest was alles super groetjes Jean
