The air conditioner used for heating was rather noisy, but that's still somewhat normal for this older type of unit. There was a 3/4-inch gap under the door of Room 267, letting in cold air from the December/January weather. The TV was almost non-functional. Most channels were defective, with significant image jumps and frequent picture interruptions. A continental breakfast was supposed to be included with our stay, but when we arrived at the breakfast area, we faced an abandoned dining room with nothing to eat. We were told that there was no longer a breakfast service and that the restaurant was closed, leaving no alternatives, unfortunately."
