"Chose this hotel for close proximity to the museum, and it was a 1 minute walk away which was super convenient. Got breakfast included and did not disappoint, highly recommend going to their attached restaurant. Rooms were nice and simple, appreciated the umbrella to use during stay, and complimentary slippers which we used for the next couple stays around UK. Check in and out was fast thanks to kind staff. The lift (elevator) was very small, barely able to fit 4 people in it, but we just used it when we checked in and out with all our bags, however don't expect other guests to take the hint and use the stairs."

"I'm not usually into the luxury hotel scene but wanted someplace safe and quiet as I was traveling alone with my teenage daughter. This checked all the boxes, super safe neighborhood and although I was disappointed by getting an inside room without a view, it was super quiet. BBC headquarters is nearby which means even extra security on the street. The hotel was luxurious and beautiful. Our room was cleaned at least 2x daily. We had a daily fruit platter in our room and shortbread cookies. Lovely tea, coffee and water service in the room was complimentary. Easy walking access to Oxford Circus, shopping, etc.. Some good dining options in the area. Easy to get anywhere in the city or to airport from here. Recommended for peace of mind."
