We booked a deluxe room with 2 queen beds for 5 nights.
The hotel is under renovation. The elevator in the tower is not working and the staffs have no idea when it will be available. Because we want a pet free room, we have to stay in the tower. Fortunately we arrived early so we got a room on the 2nd floor (rooms on ground floor are all gone). The hallways feel like there is no carpet. The pool is finally opened but we didn't spend anytime in it.
Size of room is average. Renovation in the room is completed but the new finish of the wall and carpet doesn't look like high quality. However the beds are very comfortable which is most important to us. And the bathroom looks very clean.
The most annoying is the key. We have two keys, both do not work consistently. We have never been able to open the door in the 1st attempt. Usually we have to try 3 to 4 times. The other problem is the toilet seat and cover will not stand up. Not sure they install it this way in purpose or not, and if it is only a problem in my room. Not friendly for a male user.
The complimentary breakfast is very good compare to the other mid range hotels, but I saw a sign that said there will be no complimentary breakfast in the near future. It is sometime in November if I remember correctly.
