Our premier luxury home is situated on 32 picturesque acres overlooking our Swim pond. This 3,000 sf home features an open concept floor plan with Viking custom cook’s kitchen, 5 bedrooms (2 primary suites), 3.5 bathrooms, 3 fireplaces, and a sunroom. This exceptional property has a brand new 10 person Hot Tub, 2 ponds (1 swimming / 1 fishing ), close to VAST and hiking trails, a swimming pool (seasonal), private hiking trails, 3 mi to Mount Snow Ski and 1/2 mi to golf. The space The Manor is part of a boutique historic country property named Farm Road Estate. Farm Road Estate sits on 32 picturesque acres featuring a swim pond, fishing pond, swimming pool, multiple fire pits, private hiking trails, expansive lawns, a bucolic walking trail (featuring a small orchard, abundant white birches and holiday trees), riverfront access to the amazing Deerfield Valley River, and a large Gazebo. We're a short walk to various bars and restaurants, the Moover bus, a 7 min drive to Mount Snow, 3 min drive to Mount Snow golf, and 20 min drive to Stratton. \*\*\*\*\*\*THIS UNIT IS NOT PET FRIENDLY\*\*\*\*\*\* All Farm Road Estate guests will have access to our modern great room with soaring ceilings and exposed beams, oversized couches, and large fireplace. On-Site restaurant- Sawmill Bar & Table serves elevated farm to table fare, signature cocktails along with local craft beer and fine wines. Farm Road Estate is a perfect four-season setting for nightly getaways, group gatherings, family reunions, corporate retreats, workshops, and weddings. The Manor - Clean and expansive -- This incredible 5 bedroom home can sleep up to 12 people. Please note that this is a whole house rental and the rate is valid for up to 12 guests (includes children). Event and/or wedding inquiries should be sent through our website. Farmroadestate com Guest access: The entire home including garage is yours during your stay. We have a wide driveway with plenty of parking for up to 10 cars. Our property manager lives near by and available 24/7 if you need anything. LIVING ROOM \- WiFi (instructions for access provided in House Book) \-Hulu \-Apple TV \-Netflix \-Home Theater \-Sonos Speaker System KITCHEN \-Viking kitchen appliances for all the master chefs! \- There is unlimited filtered water inside the left wall of the fridge \- Keurig coffee machine and assorted k cups provided \- Pots/pans, plates, dishes, knives, silverware, cookware, large spice rack, dry food storage, condiments etc. \-Paper Towels provided DINING ROOM Wood dining table accommodates 10 comfortably. Additionally, there is a folding table inside the garage that can be used as an extension. We have 12 dining chairs and 3 bar stools. We had a wonderful time fishing, swimming and just hanging on the beautiful deck overlooking the property. The house was exactly as depicted in the listing. The manager, Michael, was super professional and communicated everything we needed to know well in advance of our stay. Check-in was effortless and the house and grounds were stunning! Very well maintained, super clean, and had so many amenities! We even had two gift baskets of goodies waiting for us upon arrival which was so generous! The candy and gumball machines were a treat for everyone! The firepit and jacuzzi were lovely outdoor features! Plenty of porch seating for everyone! We utilized the paddleboard, canoe, and kayak for the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed to serve a large group! We were delighted to find a second fridge in the garage which was super helpful! The beds were very comfortable! The kids loved the toys, games, and stuffed animals! Great time had by all! Upon arriving home, we realized our youngest left his most prized teddy bear at the house and Michael immediately went to the house to check, located the bear, and overnighted it to us! Everything about our stay was fantastic from start to finish! Michael provided us with excellent communication leading up to and throughout our stay, truly making us feel 100% welcome at The Manor. Mornings spent watching the geese on the pond, traipsing through the trails and taking in the gorgeous fall foliage will be treasured forever. So many thoughtful details throughout the property, both indoor and out really made this the best weekend we’d all had in a very long time. ##### Gina F. Everyone was raving about the house the entire time...it was great. There is enough space where everyone could choose where to spend time. Young kids played upstairs in a playroom, some folks watched TV, some were at the dining room table, others were out front at a fire pit while others played cards at a table underneath an open air gazebo that’s in the back of the house. It feels like home. So much so that we had made plans to come back by Saturday morning - having arrived Friday night. The bathrooms are generously stocked, the kitchen is great to make and serve meals in and the Sonos system keeps the house buzzing with great music. This is without question one of the most beautiful properties I’ve seen but it’s not just my opinion...we had two real estate pros in the group say the same thing. Owners were exceedingly organized, communicative and helpful. The photos we took will tell a story of our stay but the memories of this weekend - and this property - will last with each of us. Comfortable and clean is top of mind - we had a fabulous stay Christmas week.Best start was the detailed welcome email - so organized! The home itself has everything! The sun-room was a great place to relax and soak up the sun. The kitchen had all the necessary supplies and then some! The distance to Mount Snow (about 10 mins, max) was so convenient. And most importantly, the owner Mike, was very communicative. Few small hiccup issues arose honestly, but were addressed immediately by the property manager. Very helpful. (Only one real challenge we had was the Wifi actually - but then in a way it helped us all - in the quality time that was spent with together.) Highly recommend this property! ##### Reeta A.
