A blanket was purchased for us the second day. There was no one to respond to us the first night. The heat could not be turned up passed about 65\. The soap bottle in the shower was empty. Condo was great, with the exception being the fireplace was not operational as described in the listing. The responsiveness of vacasa was also not good. I sent a msg the day before arrival asking where we could get the firewood, as some previous reviewers called out that it was located outside the unit with a code. The vacasa representative responded almost 2 days later saying wood was located outside. They didn’t provide a code, nor did they obviously know the fireplace wasn’t working. We also had to call to get the code for the pool/hot tub, it was not included in the check in instructions. On a positive note, the hot tubs were working. Overall would stay at the unit again, but ideally would rather not deal with vacasa. Have not had great experiences with them in the past. I’m sure they’ll reply to this post thanking me for the feedback, and they note it and strive to improve their service. Spoiler, they won’t. ##### Sean B.
