It is clean and updated, with thoughtful furnishings and comfortable beds. The layout worked great for our two families with the bedrooms on one side and a spacious living area on the other. The two King bedrooms are equal sized and the kids had fun sharing the bunk room. The shed in back was well stocked with beach chairs and other outdoor games. The location near the beach is excellent, and even though it’s on a somewhat busier road, the property was very quiet and we enjoyed the private yard that gets delightful sea breezes. We would be happy to rent from Laura again and will recommend this home to friends. ##### Gina P. The outdoor shower is huge and was a highlight. Communication with host was very prompt and helpful including the guide left for us. We walked to the beach and Sand Bar, so close! The only sort of strange thing was the request to bring our own sheets (communicated well in advance) but also to wash and fold any towels that we used. I have never seen those requests from a host before, particularly when paying a decent cleaning fee, but that hardly detracted from our enjoyment of the house. 5 stars! ##### Schuyler H.
