When I complained to CozySuites about it, it was met with no radio silence. Je laisse rarement des avis et encore moin des mauvais! Dès notre arrivée, une forte odeur de moisissure et de cigarette imprégnait les lieux. Les lits étaient petits et très inconfortables, le climatiseur fonctionnait à peine, et le petit-déjeuner était loin d’être acceptable : aucune variété, uniquement des muffins emballés et des brioches industrielles. Des poils était dans la douche à notre arrivée. Le frigo étais dans un sale état. Lorsque nous avons demandé des serviettes (car la femme de chambre ne passait pas), on nous a regardés comme si c’était une demande inhabituelle. Aucun shampoing ni revitalisant n’était fourni sans le demander, et les échantillons étaient minuscules, même pas suffisants pour une seule personne. Les photos en ligne sont complètement trompeuses. Cet endroit est sale, mal entretenu, et à éviter à tout prix. Si vous ne logez pas directement sur le Boardwalk, fuyez les hôtels ou motels aux alentours. Le quartier est inquiétant et ne donne pas du tout un sentiment de sécurité.
