Terrible customer service. There was a blood stain on a bath towel and the front desk laughed it off and said it was Cheetos. Will never stay here again.

Everything was excellent with the only detriment was one of the elevators went out, but no complaonts. Staff was freindly, helpful, quick with any requeats and the breakfast was fresh

It was overall a good stay. The breakfast was lacking in my opinion for what was talked about. Was told it was more sit down and had omelets and things…nope. Typical hotel breakfast. Outside of that the hotel is older but clean.

I normally dont write reviews but this property didnt match the pictures at all. The room smelled horrible and i question laying in the bed due to just feeling the room wasnt up to par. The hallways have sheetrock cutouts between each room and the room itself didnt look at all of what was shown to me. Property entry wasnt up to par as well as elevators. Staff was accomdating as best as they could but overall experience was not good. I have never stayed in a hotel where housekeeping is only upon request. Must be a California thing. Parking was sketchy on the side of the building/main entry. Nothing about the room or the walk to the room felt welcoming or safe.
