On our arrival we thought the location was amazing, so picturesque, sat in front of a lake. As we entered the lodge another surprise awaited us.. a Cornish cream tea, lovely, and was really appreciated. Everything about the lodge was perfect, spotlessly clean, very, very comfortable, couldn't fault it. The owners were extremely friendly and so obliging. The Loft was cosy and clean. I felt very safe there, the location is brilliant for other beauty spots like Salcombe and Totnes. Lukesland Gardens is worth a visit too. The loft itself has lovely skylights that you can see so many stars from on a clear night. Good facilities and the wifi didn't fail me either as I needed to work from my laptop during the time I stayed.
