"The H10 Lanzarote Princess was a great find for our budget. It was conveniently situated near to shops, play parks and playas blanca and dorada. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially on reception and cleaning teams. The outdoor pools were varied and fun, though the water was very cold even though the weather was lovely and warm when we were there. The indoor pool was warmer but sadly was too deep for younger children and non swimmers. There were a variety of outdoor activities...

"Sarah in reception was really friendly and helpful. As per my room, the shower had a design issue and when using it the water would come out of the shower almost to the room. "The hotel managed the COVID factor very well indeed with visible extra cleaning taking place both inside and the pool areas (sun loungers). The room was very comfortable indeed and again kept very clean. We felt very safe and both guests and staff adhered to the mask wearing protocols.
