The neighborhood is quaint & really cool at the same time (2 blocks to restaurants, and West Chester University is a 5-10 minute walk). If you’re heading to West Chester & looking to take in the downtown vibe, this is the perfect house & location. Thank you Mike for being an awesome host. There are multiple flights of stairs with two bedrooms on a third floor. Washer and dryer on site. The bathrooms are huge. For a vacation rental there is a lot of wasted space.
