« Well maintained older victorian house. Beautifully updated bathrooms (2). Owners are very nice, there to greet us upon arrival and available by phone at any time, before and during stay. You must not leave any food on counters in kitchen as ants will get it...wish we knew that before leaving a dozen muffins (in closed boxes) on the counter first night, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much. « This large beach house made staying at the shore with 6 adults and 1 toddler very comfortable. We all enjoyed relaxing in the main living room which had beautiful views, lots of natural light, and a relaxing atmosphere. We had no issues with the home or contacting the host. We were happily surprised to see extra chairs and boogie boards, an outdoor shower to rinse off sand, and a gas grill all ready to go for us. We had a great time! »

« We stayed in the same unit two years ago and had a great week, so I booked the same unit again this year. We had a much different experience this time. Upon our arrival, both bathroom sinks were clogged and were slow to drain or wouldn't at all. « This house was new, clean, GORGEOUS and convenient. The bedrooms were all very large, each with their own bathroom directly in the rooms, but this left little room for the common area (which there was only 1 of). Although it was a nice, open kitchen/dining/living space, it didn't let us really be able to spread out. There were a LOT of stairs and the bedrooms were all on different floors so it separated us a lot which wasn't ideal for this type of group (friends celebrating a birthday). It WAS...
