"the staff was very helpful and nice the room was good. the bathroom door did make a strange noise when closing it and the room separator didnt work that well but over all it was a nice stay. the 24\7 store was convenient when the grocery store closed."

"We had a very nice stay at the hotel and I would absolutely recommend it. It is located in an ideal spot in the city close to the train station and most tourist attractions with Depot and Sonnevelde House literally next door. The staff were extremely helpful when we had a few requests and were a credit to the hotel. My only small gripe is that there aren’t enough staff on at breakfast so certain options would run out quite often. The staff were rushed off their feet and still extremely helpful but they need more help. Overall I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again if we visit Rotterdam."
