Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us as it certainly helps to identify things we should consider changing in future. We have undertaken a number of upgrades throughout the Resort this season and the pool area is on the list for updating prior to next season. We actually have not had a hot tub in our pool area in the past and the area you reference that is currently covered with plywood was a kids pool that has been removed due to lack of use. While we do not provide a complimentary breakfast we do offer an extensive breakfast buffet and limited al a carte menu. We also have a Bed & Breakfast Package that can be reserved.Again, thanks for your feedback and great rating. We hope that you will plan a return visit.

Thanks for taking the time to share feedback about your recent stay with us. Sorry that the weather did not cooperate during your stay to allow you to more fully enjoy our Resort amenities. According to our Front Desk log there were a couple attempts by our Maintenance team to visit your cottage to try to assist with the TV but you must have been out. Unfortunately we also are currently limited to being able to access cable TV through a satellite system which can be affected by severe weather and this was happening the night that you were with us. In checking with both the Front Desk Agents and Housekeeping staff who were on duty when you checked in there is not a record of you contacting them regarding an odor in the unit. We did have other cottages available that we would have immediately offered you.Regarding the detour due to road work we do have a notification in our welcome letter. In addition, we have a flyer at our Front Desk that outlines things to do within an hour of the property.We do have a small al a carte breakfast menu available in addition to our buffet that should have been offered to you. We apologize if this was not offered.Thanks again for sharing your comments and we are sorry that your experience was not all that you had hoped for.

Sorry to hear that you had trouble with your TV, we certainly will have our Maintenance Manager look into this further.Our restaurant was not closed. We were hosting a cocktail reception for a wedding from 5 to 6 pm in a section of the restaurant as they were planning to be outside on our patio but had to move indoors due to rain. We were still seating other guests for dinner during this time. The wedding guests did move out of the restaurant to their reception venue at 6 pm and the restaurant continued to be open until 9 pm.Sorry that your experience was not quite what you expected. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to do better in future.
