"The property was listed accurately. The response time with the management was extremely quick. Despite being there in March (lol) the location was perfect. Beach access just a few steps away. Location felt very safe and accessible with quick access to casinos and night life offered nearby."

"The space was great! Updated, clean, modern - perfect for a small group. Of note, the bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom is actually a day bed w/ a trundle. The room is a bit too small for the trundle to pull out entirely. It works all right for a small kid (age 10 or less), but definitely not a grown child or adult. Beyond that, though, the place was perfect!"

"We needed a place for my family and daughter's bridesmaids to get ready for her wedding. Everyone who walked in could not believe how beautiful the house was. It couldn't have been more perfect. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend it"

"We treated our 4 adult kids and their significant others to a long weekend away, with us. The house was perfect with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The location is perfect, steps from the boardwalk/beach. My only complaint, I felt the cleanliness of the home could have been better."

"Our family had a beautiful Thanksgiving weekend in Margate at this tastefully renovated home. It looks exactly as it does in the pictures, no surprises. We cooked the full meal in the kitchen, which had the necessary pots and pans, a large refrigerator and a brand new stove and oven, but didn’t have all the utensils we needed, but we still made it work. The living space and dining-kitchen area are perfect for spending time together as a family. Allison responded quickly to any questions we had....

The relaxing and calm atmosphere was JUST what we needed when it came to getting away from the congested and noisy city! The house was quaint, and the neighborhood was VERY quiet! We very much enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave!"

"The place was very clean but I have a couple of suggestions. When stocking the place make sure there is enough toilet paper, there was no laundry detergent as stated in your book we had to go buy some. The pans were very used and food continued to stick to them even after trying to coat them with your olive oil. We understand your checkin is at 4pm but if the house is available and they ask if possible could they come in at 3pm charging for the time is a little hard to sallow. Hotels usually...

"We really enjoyed this house. It was perfect for what we needed it for. There is plenty of bedrooms and room within the bedrooms. We had plenty of common space for the group to gather. Contacting the host was very easy and she was very responsive. We very much enjoyed our visit at AC. It was close enough (if you don't mind a walk 1ish mile.
