« The check-in was fast and friendly. Place is clean and well maintained. Room was comfortable and hotel is well situated. The sound proofing is the issue. We were on the first floor and when the guest above us arrived, yikes, let the noise begin. We heard every step, we could hear them talk. And when they showered, OMG, the noise from the running water....loud. Thank god they slept fairly early and didn't get up before we got up and were gone. « Très mauvais accueil La réception me dit que ma carte de crédit ne fonctionne pas et je ne sais pas ce qu’elle fait avec ma carte derrière le bureau et refuse de me rendre ma carte et appelle le manager qui arrive sans me calculer et dit que c’est ok ! Tout ça sans que la réception fasse un effort pour parler lentement car il y avait beaucoup de bruit dans le hall et l’accent américain du sud m’est difficile Sinon très propre et confortable mais manque de cachet »
