Le petit déjeuner continental était très bien : livre service et buffet à volonté régulièrement réapprovisionné. Les points faibles : chambre très bruyante (musique du bar situé juste en dessous de la chambre) ; salle de bains ridiculement petite ; aucun service dans l’hôtel (pas de lobby). »

« Certes l’hôtel est à 2 minutes de Times Square à 10 de centrale Park il est central mais alors l’accueil déplorable la chambre n’était pas chauffée et pour cause en 2 jours il a fallu appeler le réparateur les chambres sont propres mais le lavabo de la salle de bains dans le couloir d’entrée dans une chambre supérieure j’avais jamais vu ça, le restaurant au centre de l’accueil au 2 étage avec un service glacial vous aviez l’impression de déranger à savoir que le second soir ils n’avaient pas de...

« Je souhaite vous signaler que la chambre que nous avons reçue ne correspond pas à nos attentes. Elle est très petite, clairement pas adaptée pour trois personnes. De plus, le canapé-lit n’était pas préparé : il n’y avait ni draps, ni couverture, ni oreiller. J’ai demandé une couverture et on m’en a apporté une, mais toujours pas de draps et pas d’oreiller. Le canapé-lit est également très inconfortable et très fort ce qui le rend impossible pour dormir. Je vous remercie de bien vouloir trouver...
