Dear guest, thank you for taking the time to review your stay in our hotel. Our hotel is situated in a historic building which makes it impossible to install air conditioning. But the thick walls the buildings have, keep the heat out pretty good. But this summer was unusually hot, so there was no way to cool down the rooms. We are sorry for that. Normally our guests, who are accompanied by their dogs, bring their own blankets. But thank you for the tip of having blankets and bowls for our furry guests. We will provide those things from now on. We are sorry, that some of the toiletries were missing. We are going to make sure this will never happen again. We are also in the process of renovating our guest rooms, we just finished renovating our restaurant. We hope, that you will consider staying with us again, so we can show you that we have a much better service.
