Ever. Service was quite bad. Imposible to locate anyone. I was in the lobby lounge for 1 hour trying to find someone to resolve an issue I had. The Whenzhou Westin Hotel is new with outstanding features and amenities. The room is spacious and ultra modern. Roll up window shades, and a overhead rain-forest shower. Quiet and super clean, this hotel offers outstanding service from check-in to dinning. English is spoken in all areas. You will enjoy your stay here, and the staff will take very good care of you. It is the number one hotel in Whernzhou at a very reasonable cost per night.
