Food etc. on bench and appliances in kitchen and floors weren't properly clean. Also built up dust in corners and under beds etc. caused my husband allergies. I was offered a late check out due to these issues which I unfortunately couldn't use, but manager was very receptive to feedback so hopefully this will be improved in future. The house was warm, clean and comfortable when it was very cold outside. The fireplace was a bonus as was the spa bath. The three children enjoyed tinkering with the organ in the lounge room (despite having a piano at home they never touch!) and there was plenty of room for all, The private setting and adjoining bush made it seem remote, though it was quite close to the shops.
