Located in the sixth floor of a residential complex built in 1972 and most recently renovated in 2024, the apartment offers a remarkable view of the sea and the picturesque landscape, making it an excellent choice for families, couples, and travelers seeking relaxation close to the water. With a generous living space of 40 square meters, this non-smoking apartment provides a well-thought-out floor plan featuring a separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a spacious living/sleeping area. Up to four guests can find comfortable sleeping arrangements, making it suitable for families or small groups. The sixth-floor location, accessible by elevator, guarantees both privacy and impressive panoramic sea vistas.
