The apartment is 42 square meters - for up to 6 people (sleeps 6 plus travel cot) has a living room / bedroom with comfortable seating area (sofa bed), a double bed (Murphy bed), radio with CD / MC and TV and a separate bedroom with 2 box spring beds.
