"Rooms are older but nice."

"I work the front desk of a hotel for 13 years, when we checked in we asked for a refrigerator. But one never came. We couldn't find our room because all the girl said at check-in was go to the left to the elevators. We offer maps at my property. The tub didn't drain there was no conditioner or lotion in the rooms and when I went to the front desk to ask about complimentary toothpaste they had none they don't offer that they said. There's a hole in the ceiling above the toilet. I had the AC on the lowest setting the whole time I was there in the room never did get any cooler than it was when we checked in and it was hot outside. I guess I just expected a lot more from a casino hotel. All the staff was really nice, just needs a little more training. Just need to offer more amenities for a place like this. I stayed here 24 years ago when it was the State line hotel and casino. I don't ever remember having any of these issues. "

"It’s was decent lotta parking but no Internet the room did smell like cigarettes so they do need to disinfect the rooms to get this smell out, but overall it was a room to sleep in"
