The mattress was horrible. The shower was lukewarm. We called in advance to request a rollaway bed to be in our room (which staff offered with no mention of any additional cost). The rollaway was not present when we arrived. When we called the desk, a rollaway was brought up, but the quality was terrible. An 11 year old slept on it and could feel every spring in the mattress. In the end, we were charged a fee for the rollaway bed. A fee that was never mentioned to us at all!

Staff was wonderful, and the place was clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The building itself seemed very in need of repairs. Painters tape holding trim on (???), drywall in the ice machine room looked half ripped out/destroyed (no sign of repairs happening), and we had to push hard to get our room door to close just to name a few.
If you don’t mind overlooking the cosmetic issues would definitely recommend!
